Students are engaged in special interest clubs, academic clubs, Student Government Association, club sports, mountain sports, and intramurals. Check out our award winning radio station, join the only college-based Mountain Rescue Team in the country, participate in Multicultural Center events all year long or go on a Wilderness Pursuits expedition. The Office of Student Affairs is dedicated to providing support to the academic mission of Western State Colorado University. The office provides a variety of programs and services that monitor the quality of the campus environment, coordinates university responses to campus and individual crises, and oversees the non-academic discipline process. Retention efforts, student advocacy, and diversity issues are included as important concerns.
